Building Blocks will be closed on the dates listed below. If the holiday falls on a weekend, then we will be closed the same days as the Federal and State offices. There are no discounts for the days we are closed.
Martin Luther King Day - Monday January 18th
Presidents Day - Monday February 15th
Good Friday - Friday April 2nd
Memorial Day - Monday May 31st

Labor Day - Monday September 6th
Columbus Day - Monday October 11th
Veterans Day - Wednesday November 11th
Thanksgiving - November 25 - 26 (Thursday and Friday)
Christmas Eve - Friday December 24th
New Years Eve - Friday December 31st
In the event of severe weather conditions, we will follow the school district policy, which is reported on the local news channels and stations. This includes, but is not limited to, late openings and early dismissal. Updates will be posted on the home page of our web site and we will also leave a message on our voice mail provided the phone lines are in working order.
RELIGIOUS AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
Parents who might have objections to recognition of religious or other holidays, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Valentine’s Day, should speak with the Director so that proper arrangements can be made to respect you and your child’s wishes.
